Having the ability to conduct boss tasks is op. Runescape is balanced around tasks. This is fundamentally free slayer xp and bonus damage for activities that people already do (bossing off task). From now on people will do supervisors. You can state particular jobs would balance to be rare, but what is super common? No matter what there will probably be supervisors that are typical to be delegated and it will make the boss simpler to get high kc in. Then there will likely be problems with overcrowding (there already is indeed this could make it even worse). Unless they eliminated the capability to utilize slayer helmet and reduced the slayer xp given then it would be making Runescape simpler. They said themselves these are and that's the reason why it was shelved by them. Sorry but not sorry you will be getting your upgrade that is easyscape.

Not true with proper weighting which is exactly what they were intending on doing. It's already incredibly simple to acquire a Kalphite or Sire job yet we have no trouble finding open worlds for people do we? It doesn't make it any easier than it already is. Especially considering they had been planning on weighting the hard to acquire boss jobs low it would be very like Duradel handing out a Graardor or even Zily job (~1/500). People that need a slayer boss master to not be worked on by the slayer helm are dented for sure.

You started frothing at the mouths without thinking they understood what they were talking about. Mod Arcane said on the Q&A that they are easily able to create the sexier boss tasks a low weight so that it does not ruin their rarity, which makes the slayer helm bonus never ovepowered.

Anyone else feel the same way? I'm always setting goals for myself and I keep my focus on the finish line, get there, and wind up with fonder memories of this travel. OSRS really helped me to understand it although I know that it's a common thought. I had that same sweaty mill for western hard, although for me it opened up so many fun options it made things way more entertaining. Wish to train hunter? Red chin spot with no robots. Want mage defence, range attack, BIS vorkath gear/acceptable raids 2 and 1 equipment? Got all that covered. And last but not least crystal fucking halberd of the WORD that item slaps harder than anything you have equip before. Can the splats on nearly every slayer task and 99 str / peity / on job it could cross a fucking 71, TIMES TWO. Being a 2h it has got some baller precision too so 100 damage is pretty average, with 30 percent per spec it is a fucking monster, so goddamn gratifying.
