10th Avenue bike route discussion ignites spat among Vancouver council
A bitter spat erupted early Tuesday between Vancouver city councillors on whether to hear public input this week on the plans for a separated bike lane through the 10th Avenue health precinct.

Ball said her motion was not about subverting the city process, but making sure those fearful of being unable to access medical appointments are heard.
