A burglar was jailed yesterday after posing as a tycoon to steal of jewellery from Formula One heiress Petra Ecclestone.
William Flynn, 36, claimed to be interested in buying her home in Belgravia, Central London, and booked a viewing under the name Oleg Duchemko.
He arrived in a chauffeur driven car and pretended to be from Kazakhstan.
Flynn took the earrings and Rolex watch, which have not been recovered, after saying he was making a phone call.
Petra, 25, the daughter of racing chief Bernie, was not at the viewing but was left "distressed", Basildon crown court, in Essex, heard.
Flynn,replica chain love cartier, from Barnet,replica love ring necklace, North London, admitted a spate of 35 burglaries and got eight years' jail. He was previously jailed for similar offences.
