Undoubtedly, advanced technology has gifted us many excellent products. And the projector screen is one of them; we don't need to prepare an entire presentation on paper or spend thousands on a movie hall to get a theater-like experience. With the help of a projector screen, it is easy to present your idea in front of clients. To formally pitch your idea, you don't need an entire setup, with just only a screen you can present your thought. However, to save a little money, people use a plain wall as a projector screen, which we don't recommend, especially when presenting to impress a client.

Purchasing a screen is an investment. If you are looking for a budget-friendly screen, there are many options available. Look at the specifications and features you are getting. Consider the Windows Project Screen option to stream visuals direct from your laptop. Today, Many projectors do this automatically because they are mainly made for presentations. They work by toggling screen modes or mirroring the laptop or desktop screen as you open the slideshow app. There are times when the workstation system needs manual mirroring.

Although sometimes, you might need to configure your system in case the projector screen is using the wrong resolution or something. There are many things to remember when you are switching your laptop to the projector screen to set up manually. First of all, hold a simple process by pressing F7 or F8 depending on the system and open the VGA port. Another way is using the frame resolution option on graphic properties! While clicking on the desktop will lead you to the screen resolution option that further allows you to open a VGA port for sharing the screen.

If your projector is unable to share the screen, go to the multiple display menu or clone display to access the VGA port after adjusting the resolution. There will be two options for you to choose from: apply or ok. Click on them to approve the adjustments you've made to open the VGA port. If it is not working, you can try another trick to make your laptop screen to projection frame. Hold down the Windows logo key on the keyboard. Then press the "P" button to bring up the projector screen.

After that, click "Duplicate" to share the picture on the system and projector. Now hit on "Extend" to extend the image to the projection device. Part of the desktop photo will show on your laptop screen, and the other part will show on the projector. It allows you to effortlessly convert your PC's Windows into a Project Screen. Through it, you can easily watch movies as well as show the presentation to the clients.
